Returns & refunds

Due to the nature of our products (research reagents sensitive to storage), returns are regulated to guarantee the safety and integrity of each batch.

For reasons of hygiene and scientific integrity, a product whose seal has been opened cannot be taken back or refunded.

If you receive a damaged parcel or a product that does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours at contact@biopeptides.fr with a photo. A replacement or refund will be offered after verification.

Any return request must be subject to prior agreement. No return will be accepted without validation by our support team.

Once the return is validated and received, the refund is made within 14 days to the original payment method.
