Who are your products intended for?
Our products are reagents intended exclusively for research professionals and institutions, for in vitro use in the laboratory. They are not intended for the general public.
Are your products intended for human consumption?
No. All our products are research peptides (Research Use Only), not intended for human consumption, nor for the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any disease.
Do you provide usage advice?
We provide only storage and laboratory-handling information (temperature, reconstitution with research solvent). We do not provide any protocol intended for human use.
Quality & batches
How are batches verified?
Each batch is analysed by an independent laboratory: HPLC for purity, mass spectrometry for molecular identity. The certificate of analysis (CoA) is included with every order.
Is the certificate of analysis always provided?
Yes, an independent CoA systematically accompanies every order.
How should a lyophilised peptide be stored?
The sealed lyophilisate is stored at -20°C, away from light and moisture, generally for up to 24 months. Refer to the CoA and product sheet for batch-specific details.
Delivery & payment
What are the delivery times?
Shipped from Europe, delivery in France within 3 to 5 business days, tracking included. Shipping takes place on the next business day after the order.
Is the parcel discreet?
Yes. Plain parcel, neutral sender, tracked by tracking number.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto. Secure 3D-Secure payment.
Can I return a product?
Return and refund conditions are detailed on the Returns & refunds page. For safety reasons, unsealed products cannot be taken back.
